3/27: Radical Black resistance to racial violence in the US, focus on the 20th century. Presentation by Bryan Trabold. Bryan is a member of our congregation and a professor of English at Suffolk University. His research includes Black resistance to racism in the United States and the anti-apartheid movement in South Africa.

4/3: Black Empowerment within Unitarian Universalism, and the backlash and controversy that followed, 1967 – 1970. A presentation by Rev. Jolie. Plus addressing questions that came up from the first lecture. Sign up at the end of the session to participate in an ongoing white affinity space to learn about and undo racism, towards building a culture of solidarity and welcome.
