Our democratic ideal is that everyone has human dignity and people should be able to get ahead by hard work. The reality of America is that certain groups have an easier time getting ahead, not by their merit, but by their gender, class, sexual orientation, or another quality. This ser- vice will focus on the reality of white privilege in America and how we can dismantle it.
